Tips For Choosing The Right Swimming Pool Cleaners

February 14th, 2016 No comments

Among the things that you should REALLY never forget about if you have a Swimming Pool, Swimming Pool cleaners are probably the most important. There is REALLY no point in wasting time tidying up pools manually since you can forget about the hassles of cleaning and LOOK forward to spending more time relaxing. Before you go to purchase a cleaner, you should know a few things so that you do not end up purchasing something that you do not want.

The FIRST thing that you will have to decide before you purchase a cleaner is whether you want the in ground Swimming Pool cleaners or the above ground Swimming Pool cleaners. Both these types have their respective advantages. The reason why many people prefer the above ground models is that the filter baskets of these varieties are larger. This means that they require less maintenance. The advantage of having an in ground model is that these varieties have high flow ACTION.

You will also have to decide whether you want Swimming Pool cleaners with fixed speed or the ones that have the option of being operated at two different speeds. If you think that your pool has to be cleaned more extensively on certain occasions, you should opt for the latter variety. When you require extensive cleaning because of the larger number of people using the pool, you should opt for the higher speed and when you see that fewer people are swimming, you may opt for the lower speed. This will enable you to save power. In case the number of people WHO use the pool does not vary significantly, you may use the cleaners with only one speed.

It would be a good idea to opt for the energy efficient Swimming Pool cleaners. This is because these varieties enable users to save a lot of money over a long PERIOD of time. These may seem to be somewhat expensive in the beginning; but over the years, you will be able to save a lot on electricity bills.

Since there are so many things to be considered, you should be able to compare the prices of all the models that will be appropriate for your pool. One of the easiest ways of comparing is to see the deals offered by the online sellers of Swimming Pool cleaners. For interesting deals, take a LOOK at what Pool Supply For Less has to offer.

Time Frame For Female Menopause Symptoms Explained

February 13th, 2016 No comments

I suppose no one EVER said being a woman was EASY. And, as if the onset of a monthly PERIOD wasn’t bad enough, the misery doesn’t end there. Most women have been told that they will eventually experience female Menopause Symptoms. The uncertainty lies in the fact that there is no set time frame for knowing when the symptoms will begin. The two most common Menopause Symptoms are night sweats and menopause hot flashes.

Interestingly enough, some people think that there is a similar thing that happens with male menopause. However, according to WEB MD, “Men do experience a decline in the production of the male hormone testosterone with aging, but this also occurs with some disease states such as diabetes.” So men are trying to get a little male menopause sympathy just because they have low testosterone? I’m not sure that even comes close to what women experience.

The FIRST symptom of female menopause is that monthly periods end. Unfortunately, pre Menopause Symptoms may include flow increasing, or decreasing to the point of being almost non-existent. Some women going into pre menopause experience more cramping, and then again, some experience less. This all happens between the ages of 35 and 60. And even if you have had a hysterectomy you may still experience some symptoms of menopause, but you are actually less likely to have many female Menopause Symptoms.

Female Menopause Symptoms can START DURING pre menopause, and continue through the menopause cycle. Most women enter into menopause between the ages of 50 and 51. And, actually, the female Menopause Symptoms of menopause hot flashes and night sweats can occur throughout the menopause cycle. Then, after your periods cease to exist for 12 consecutive months, you can be sure that you have completed the cycle and will no longer experience menopause hot flashes and night sweats.

This final PERIOD of time is called POST menopause. At this point, your female Menopause Symptoms should be completely gone! No more menopause night sweats no more hot flashes. Now it’s time to go on vacation and have some FUN!
